Soup-er Comfort Food From The Stone Ages?

Soup - The king of comfort foods!
Although it has been commonly accepted that the practice of making soups was only 5,000 to 9,000 years old, a Harvard University study by archaeologist Ofer Bar-Yosef puts the date closer to 20,000 years ago. Think about it, our ancestors have been enjoying various styles of soup for 20,000 years! It's no wonder that we long for a warm bowl of comfort during the gray and chilly days of January and February - heck it's practically in our DNA by now!
