Quick Freeze Fruit - Easy!
If you find yourself with an overabundance of ripe fruit (like we did with wild blackberries), simply rinse it thoroughly in a strainer / colander and let it dry for a bit in the sink.
Line a cookie sheet with wax paper and place the fruit on the cookie sheet. You can let the pieces touch, but don't let them overlap - it will slow freezing time and make a mess later when you try breaking it apart. Place cookie sheet in the freezer for an hour or two - or until fruit is completely frozen.
Pull up the edges of the waxed paper and simply "pour" the frozen fruit into a freezer bag. Zip it up and you're done!
