
Roasting Veggies, A Quick & Easy Dinner!
Want to impress your family? Serve up some delicious roasted vegetables that taste like you spent hours in the kitchen, slaving over a hot grill! It really doesn't get any easier than this...
- Cut potatoes, onions, carrots, winter squash, summer squash, turnips, rutabaga, fennel, artichokes, yams, sweet potatoes -- or anything your heart desires and you have readily on-hand -
- into 2 inch chunks. - Lightly (and I DO mean lightly!) spray with your choice of Canola or Olive
Oil spray. - Sprinkle Salt, Pepper, and Garlic (Feel free to add your favorites to the mix)
- Bake at 450 degrees for 35 minutes.
Done!
