Roasted Veggies (Couldn't BE Quicker, or Easier!)


Roasting Veggies, A Quick & Easy Dinner!

Want to impress your family? Serve up some delicious roasted vegetables that taste like you spent hours in the kitchen, slaving over a hot grill! It really doesn't get any easier than this...

  1. Cut potatoes, onions, carrots, winter squash, summer squash, turnips, rutabaga, fennel, artichokes, yams, sweet potatoes -- or anything your heart desires and you have readily on-hand -
    - into 2 inch chunks.
  2. Lightly (and I DO mean lightly!) spray with your choice of Canola or Olive
    Oil spray.
  3. Sprinkle Salt, Pepper, and Garlic (Feel free to add your favorites to the mix)
  4. Bake at 450 degrees for 35 minutes.
Done!
See? Wasn't that easy?
Serve with your choice of topping, like Malt Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Ketchup, Soy Sour Cream or Yogurt - get creative!
